“I’m Okay, You’re Okay”
This is the title of a book by Thomas Harris
The book suggests that I must see myself in this way:
If I possess self-esteem, I know “I’m Okay”
If I don’t have self-esteem, I don’t know that
I always wonder
I’m never good enough
How can I be okay?
You’re Okay, I’m not
I have so many problems
They don’t identify me!
I am not my problems
My problems can be solved
